Welcome to our site! All hats are handmade by my wife and I here in Tucson, AZ. Made with 100% cotton fabric and a headband made of cotton/foam insert.

I am a nurse by trade working CathLab, IR and ICU. I kept getting stopped while working and was told the same thing "Man, I love your scrub hat, where did you buy it?" Now, here I am making scrub hats for you! My requirements are simple: be comfortable to wear for all medical personnel during long shifts and quality. I think we have completed that task.

Once you put one upon your head, you will understand why we started this endeavor.

REMEMBER: All hats are limited in number; once they are gone the fabric may be gone forever. You can always email us to see if we have enough to make you one more!
